Celtilait’s know-how

Celtilait develops a wide range of milk replacers for young animals, manufactured with milk collected in Brittany. Then we process it in skimmed milk powder in an ultra modern production unit . Our manufacturing unit is ISO 9001, QS and A-FUTTER certified.
Milk is first concentrated, refatted then dried thanks to the Spray
drying process. This method allows to get homogeneous and very small refattened  powder particles. Therefore the dilution and the conservation of milk replacers are better.

We carry out very strict controls on each step of the manufacturing process. Furthermore we test our milk replacers in trial farms before marketing them.

Celtilait’s know-how is based on its excellent knowledge of dairy raw materials, more precisely on the using of whey powder in milk replacers ; and its know-how in acidification.

Celtilait manufactures complete milk replacers for young animals, and dairy concentrate (mix of milk products) intended for the manufacturing of starter feed, mainly piglets.

Celtilait succeeded the ISO 9001 (version 200) certification in May 2005 for conception, manufacturing and marketing of its milk replacers.
